Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines, utilities, and facilities. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Monitor machine performance and respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new machines, jigs, and tools. Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities according to the maintenance plan. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, spare parts usage, and machine history in CMMS/ERP system. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards in all maintenance activities. Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, TPM, Lean Manufacturing) to enhance machine reliability and productivity. Liaise with production, engineering, and quality departments to address equipment-related issues. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance or servicing work. Assist in cost control by monitoring spare parts inventory and suggesting cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline. Fresh graduates (Assistant level) or experienced candidates (Executive level) are encouraged to apply. Hands-on knowledge of PLC, robotics, CNC, or automation systems is an added advantage. Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
