Job Description

Responsibilities

~ Oversees and manages all maintenance activities within the Club, ensuring equipment and facilities are in good working order and efficiently maintained. This includes developing and implementing maintenance strategies, coordinating repairs and inspections, and ensuring compliance with, safety regulations.

~ Ability to manage a team of maintenance staff, develop preventive maintenance programs, and manage maintenance budgets.

Requirements

~ Technical skills in electrical, mechanical and plumbing.

~ Certified Chargeman would be an advantage.

~ Minimum 2 years experience of related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
