Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

Conduct daily inspections of essential equipment such as generators, water pumps, chillers, and fire alarm systems.

Respond promptly to service requests and breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.

Assist with scheduled maintenance programs and keep proper service records.

Ensure all work complies with hospital safety and regulatory standards.

Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized repair work when necessary.

Provide support during power failures, water disruptions, or other facility emergencies.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Participate in safety drills, facility inspections, and compliance audits.

Support new installation, relocation, or upgrading of hospital facilities and systems.

Job Requirements:

SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.

Sound knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and be on standby/on-call duty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
