Job Description

We are seeking a

responsible and hands-on Maintenance Personnel

to support daily maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our sports facilities operated under

Metahub

, including Footballhub, Futsalhub, Badmintonhub, and Picklehub.

General Maintenance & Repairs

Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair works across all sports facilities. Perform basic plumbing works such as fixing leaks, clogged drains, taps, and toilets. Conduct basic electrical works including replacing lights, switches, sockets, and minor wiring issues. Repair and maintain doors, locks, fences, nets, goal posts, benches, and general fittings.

Facilities & Court Maintenance

Ensure sports courts, fields, and playing surfaces are maintained in good and safe condition. Assist in setting up, dismantling, or repairing sports equipment when required. Conduct regular checks on cabins, offices, toilets, and storage areas.

Preventive & Safety Maintenance

Identify potential maintenance issues early and recommend preventive actions. Ensure all repair works comply with safety standards and do not pose risks to users. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of common areas related to maintenance scope.

Urgent & Ad-hoc Works

Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues or breakdowns. Attend to emergency repair requests outside normal working hours when necessary. Coordinate with external contractors or vendors when major repairs are required.

Reporting & Coordination

Report maintenance issues, completed works, and materials required to the supervisor. Keep basic records of maintenance works and site visits. Assist management with maintenance planning and improvement works.

Job Requirements

At least

1-2 years experience

in maintenance, handyman, or technical support role Basic knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and general repair works Able to work independently with minimal supervision Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on work Responsible, punctual, and reliable Own transport is an advantage
