Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

Assist in performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Support minor repair works under supervision (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains).

Daily Operations

Respond promptly to service requests from other departments or guests. Report any abnormalities or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all safety procedures and company policies while handling tools and equipment. Use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) where necessary and comply with occupational safety regulations.

Inventory & Tools

Assist in tracking and maintaining tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory. Ensure tools are returned in good condition after use.

Learning & Development

Participate in departmental briefings, technical training sessions, and on-the-job coaching. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and continuously improve technical skills.

General Support

Support senior technicians in special projects, room maintenance programs, or emergency repairs. Maintain cleanliness and order in the maintenance workshop and storeroom.

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
