Supervise and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities for all buses.
Review damage or breakdown reports and determine appropriate repair actions.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with company SOPs and safety standards.
Prepare maintenance reports for management (daily/weekly/monthly).
Oversee the team of mechanics and ensure tasks are assigned efficiently.
Monitor inventory of spare parts, lubricants, tires, and consumables.
Liaise with external workshops and suppliers for outsourced repair work.
