Job Description

The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
Provide line support for equipment setup, recovery & corrective maintenance to meet KPIs defined in the Litho department. Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete PM documentation as required. Able to Perform intermediate machine troubleshooting. Knowledge to litho tools (Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel or Scanner) is a must. Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol. Support the Tools setup, installation & qualification. Plan & execute projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiencies (Speed/Cost/Quality). Support process team for evaluation & process verification. Able to work in rotating shift pattern.

Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics, Production Engineering or equivalent. At least 3 years working experience in Lithography in coat, exposure, develop and related field. Lithography equipment- Advance; Schematic Diagram -Advance; Robot arm -Basic; Sensors- Basic * Fluent in English & Malay language (verbal & writing)
