Job Description
Expected Salary RM1,500 to RM2,000 with other benefits To conduct all maintenance activities in accordance with approved standards, ensuring guest comfort, satisfaction and safety is the highest priority at all times. 1.To perform daily maintenance operational and preventive maintenance tasks. 2.To plan the daily task according to the established plan on a daily basis 3.To ensure the quality defect, equipment defect and other issue or problem is reported by prompt feedback and frequent communication with superior. 4. To ensure all tools and equipment provided by the company to perform the maintenance works are kept in good working condition. 5. Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services. 6. To conduct any other duties as may be assigned by superior to ensure the achievement of desired departmental working efficiency.
