Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Perform daily inspections to ensure all cabinets are in good condition and functioning properly. Conduct maintenance and repair work, including fixing cabinets that are stuck, offline, or experiencing technical issues. Troubleshoot hardware and networking-related problems as needed. Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure parcels are delivered to customers efficiently and without issues. Support the Project Team to ensure smooth day-to-day company operations. Attend training, briefings, and meetings as required by the company. Carry out other technical or operational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Possess a valid driving or riding licence with a clean driving record. Willing to work both in the operations centre and on-site (fieldwork). Experience in computer hardware, system interface communication, or networking is an added advantage. Diploma or Technical Certificate in a related field. Strong communication skills. Able to speak and write in

English

Bahasa Malaysia

. Ability to read and interpret technical data or manuals. Good time-management skills and the ability to work independently and responsibly.
