Our client is an established Japanese company specialised in food packaging solution.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
- Company Business Natural: Food Packaging Solution
- Lead the maintenance team to meet business needs and maintain ISO compliance documents.
- Ensuring equipment is reliable and functioning well by developing and implementing a maintenance strategy to support all production lines.
- Develop the future strategy of the equipment, plant capability, and reliability through Manufacturing Excellence
- Ensuring plant maintenance is in tip-top condition while adhering to high Safety standards, good safety setup, and practices with the Site Safety team.
- Ensuring Safety and Environment requirements, including Government Regulations.
- Perform continuous improvement on manufacturing capacity
- Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
- Chargeman AO preferred.
- 5 years experience in manufacturing industry.
- Experience in TPM, maintenance documentation.
- Hands on troubleshooting experience.
- knowledge in PLC, electrical and electronics wiring.
