JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations.
• Maintaining all machinery to ensure it\xe2\x80\x99s at working standards.
• Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.
• Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
• Assigning Preventive Maintenance schedules and evaluating machine condition.
• Documenting and preparing daily downtime reports and maintenance logs.
• Overseeing spare part stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.
• Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
• Liaising with customer for new equipment, equipment refurbishment and special maintenance budget.
• Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.
• Initiate and provide idea to transforming current paperwork to digital

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business administration, Electrical or Mechanical, or a similar field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance.
• Previous managerial experience is a bonus.
• Good understanding of the technical features of automation, pneumatic, PLC and electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of tester and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
