Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance & Electrical team and ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all plant equipment and facilities. This role involves managing preventive maintenance programs, driving improvement projects, and supporting automation initiatives to enhance productivity.

• Lead and manage the maintenance team for plant equipment, repair works, and improvement projects.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and reliability engineering strategies.
• Oversee maintenance budgets and propose cost-effective improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve machinery and equipment issues related to safety, productivity, and quality.
• Provide engineering support for equipment upgrades, automation projects, and new installations.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations (DOE, JKKP, DOSH, etc.).
• Drive continuous improvement and staff development through training and career progression.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee commissioning of new equipment.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA and life safety regulations.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and maintenance methodologies (TPM preferred).
