Analyze and follow up technical product problems reported by customers, through email communication to take the preventive actions and solutions accordingly;3. Responsible for carrying out regular quality visits to major customers, collect and summarize product after-sales problems, communicating with technical, production and R&D departments, and putting forward suggestions on product optimization;4.Prepare all kinds of documents, videos, inspection reports and English service manuals required by customers to provide technical support materials for customers;5.
