General Expectations & Responsibilities: To proactively promote, participate and provide supports in the development and maintenance of the Mill Environment, Health, and Safety Management System (EHSMS) in a manner that will help to eliminate occupational injuries and illness at the mill. This will include but not limited to Comply with K-C and regulatory requirements related to EHS&S Support the identification, reporting, escalation and control of safety and environmental hazard to ensure risks are managed to acceptable levels. Support/lead EHS&S events investigations to ensure root cause evaluations are conducted and effective corrective/preventative actions are implemented. Complete and ensure direct reports complete appropriate EHS&S orientation/training. Ensure adherence of contractors to relevant K-C standards and requirements Support EHS&S culture initiatives and programs To proactively promote, participate and provide supports in the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System that comply to the desired requirement and meeting the CSCU expectation through consistent implementations of the established standards. Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: To lead the mechanical maintenance team and accountable for the mechanical related maintenance support services to the operation area. To plan, organize and control the manpower for all maintenance work activities. To ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are perform in a timely, effective, and efficient manners. To support the maintenance troubleshooting, upgrading and modification of existing machines and equipment at operation area. To arrange and plan proper resources are available for effective maintenance work to be done. This include attending pre and post shutdown meeting and update record after work are done. To attend mechanical related problem in ensuring the downtime being kept at minimum. To prepare daily work assignment and task for mechanical maintenance team and supervisor the maintenance team on the completion of each assignment. To provide technical knowledge know how and technical training on the machine and equipment repair to reduce the cost and maintenance downtime for respective machines. About Us Huggies . Kleenex . Essential Requirements: Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering discipline OR a Diploma holder in any manufacturing study with experience worked in any related field with a minimum of 5 - 10 years working experience. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment. A team player with strong leadership qualities (LQs) with excellence interpersonal, analytical and communication skills English fluency in both writing and speaking.
