Job Description

Maintain detailed and up-to-date maintenance logs, including:
- Dates and descriptions of maintenance and repair activities.

- Materials used, and follow-up actions.

- Asset servicing schedules and condition reports.

Update facility manuals, safety checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Maintain records of warranties, contractor work, and service agreements. Document inspection outcomes and track completion of corrective actions. Archive reports for regulatory audits and internal reviews. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Monitor usage of tools, equipment, and supplies; request new stock when needed. Track and manage service schedules for critical equipment and systems. Liaise with external vendors for repairs, servicing, and inspections. Ensure quality standards are met by contractors. Oversee project timelines and adherence to maintenance budgets when applicable. Generate periodic maintenance reports summarizing activities, costs, and outstanding tasks. Collaborate with internal departments to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption. Assist in budget planning by providing data on material usage, asset performance, and service needs.

Requirements :

Preferable for Male. Minimum certificate Diploma or equivalent; Technical or Vocational training in relevant maintenance fields. Proven experience in general maintenance or facility management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word) and digital maintenance tools. Knowledge of building systems, maintenance techniques, and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, manuals, and plans.
