Precision Control Sdn Bhd is looking for a Maintenance & Security Officer.

Job Scope

Patrolling PC Group work premise both internally and externally to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors; Answer alarms and investigate disturbances; Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises; Report irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences; Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons; Answer telephone calls to take message, answer questions, and provide information when necessary; Monitor and inspect the maintenance schedule of office equipment and pets control; To assist with minor repairs the defects of the building, as and when required; Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may assigned by superior whenever necessary from time to time.
We are looking for someone who is:

Willing to perform basic office maintenance Minimum

army/military background of 20 years.
