Responsibilities

In-charge for internal and external maintenance jobs Verify machine condition after all maintenance jobs completed Request local contractors for repairing and modification jobs upon instruction by superior Coordinate the trouble shoot action with production supervisor / machine operator when machine breakdown Responsible for monthly servicing and preventive maintenance of machineries and equipment including fire-fighting equipment, environmental protection equipment, power room, electrical panel and safety protection equipment Ensure preventive maintenance action plan is executed effectively Request required material and maintain critical machine spare parts and monitor stock inventory Monitor operation of IETS and inventory of schedule waste Ensure schedule waste collection, labelling, storage, inventory, and disposal method are done according to the operational control Immediately update with superior if have any non-conformity, accident, spillage or any emergency situation for further action Responsible for Permit to Start Work and LOTO activities Ensure all maintenance records are updated and filing monthly Responsible for drying process of schedule waste SW 204 according to work instruction Performing other tasks as assigned

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
