Job Description

1. Under the leadership of maintenance manager, arrange technicians to implement various works, check the completion and quality of the work of technicians, and organize the training of technicians and the analysis and summary of accidents. 2. Responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair and safety inspection of the project equipment and facilities to ensure that all facilities and equipment are in a safe and good running state. 3. Responsible for cooperating with other departments to deal with the problems and complaints of the facilities engineering under their jurisdiction. 4. Responsible for arranging technicians to repair emergent accidents. 5. Assist with the development of the Building Management System. 6. Monitor project operation and utilities consumption and encourage energy savings. 7. Determine the energy efficiency of project and equipments and recommend for improvement or replacement as appropriate. 8. Ensure correct calibration of energy measurement, control equipments and respond proactively to variations. 9. Support HOD with Operations and Maintenance activities for the whole facilities and associated environs. 10. Standby at specific functions and conferences as required. 11. Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior as and when necessary. Job Requirement: 1. Minimum Diploma Holder. 2. Minimum three (3) years working experience in electrical, mechanical and/or civil engineering field in real estate industry. 3. Able to operate generator, electronic and AV systems. 4. Able to read and understand technical drawings, specifications and installations. 5. Able to use electrical instrument, identify and troubleshoot electrical equipment system. 6. Excellent in both verbal and written in Mandarin and English. 7. Able to work under pressure, shift hours, nights, weekends and public holidays.

With \xe2\x80\x9cSmart City,\xe2\x80\x9d \xe2\x80\x9cGreen City,\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cMulti-Level Transportation\xe2\x80\x9d as the design themes, the Project includes seven industry drivers \xe2\x80\x93 Financial Services, Tourism, Education, Medical Services, Senior Living, MICE Industry, and ECommerce. - With compliance to DEIA (approved on 9th Jan 2015) and EMP (2nd Feb 2015) requirements, CGPV have commenced reclamation for Phase I development on 5th Feb 2015. - On-Going Projects: Plot 2 ( 482 units), Plot 3 (132 units), Plot 4 (7186 units), Plot 5 (3304 units), Plot 6 (233 units), Plot 7 (2805 units), Plot 8 (2251 units), Plot 10 (3562 units), Plot 12 (136 units), Plot 14 (530 units), Plot 15 (264 units), Plot 17 (228 units), Plot 18 (80 units), Plot 19 (96 units)
