Job Description

Job & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the proper and efficient operations and maintenance of electrical, mechanical of the facility.

To ensure that all complaints pertaining to maintenance of building especially complains on defect are attended to and/or rectified within the time stipulated under the procedures.

Maintained guest facilities are in good and proper condition at all times including all rooms and common areas

Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, DOSH, SYABAS, JKKP and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.

Attend to all power, equipment and machine failure and rectify accordingly.

Lead and supervise the work of Facilities Management team and subcontractors and ensure good operations and maintenance practices are always maintained.

Ensure all statutory regulations are complied with as part of their duties.

Ensure all building system / renovation works meet statutory board requirements and safety standard.

Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.

Liaise with external contractor on building related matters / new upgrading projects.

To ensure cost saving and cost management of maintenance purpose.

To produce timely and detailed service reports and ensure timely submission of all reports to the Management.

Any other job duties and responsibilities may assign by the Management that may be required from time to time.

Requirements:

Compulsory to have certificate authorized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (A1).

Minimum 3 years working experience in supervising large commercial building / hotel.

Preferably candidate specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Maintenance) or equivalent.

Able to work under pressure, committed, dedicated and high job responsibility

Comfortable to work on shift basis, weekends and public holidays.

Motivated, independently and able to work under minimum supervisory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
