1. Planning & Supervision

Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning, scheduling, and supervising all maintenance-related activities. Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure all tasks are executed in compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), and safety regulations.
2. Preventive Maintenance & Operations

Lead and work alongside the maintenance team to perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities. Ensure maintenance tasks are completed on time to achieve minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
3. Breakdown & Troubleshooting

Ensure prompt response to any equipment, machine, or facility breakdowns. Identify root causes and coordinate immediate corrective actions to minimize operational disruption and production loss.
4. Facility Management

Conduct regular inspections of facilities and utilities. Perform or coordinate maintenance, installation, repair, and modification work with vendors to ensure compliance with technical and safety specifications.
5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and equipment history files. Maintain record as per PM Schedule.
6. Inventory & Resources Management

Monitor and maintain safety stock levels of spare parts, consumables, chemicals, and detergents. Ensure critical components are available during emergencies or equipment breakdowns.
7. Safety & Compliance

Ensure good housekeeping and safe working conditions in all maintenance areas. Collaborate with the EHS team for fire-fighting equipment inspections, machinery certifications, and renewals. Assist during DOSH or other authority inspections on machinery and facilities, ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements.
8. Other Responsibilities

Support any improvement projects or cost-saving initiatives related to maintenance and facility management. Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
