\xe2\x96\xaaManage Downtime to production within the Set Target
\xe2\x96\xaaManaging the Production Maintenance and Tooling for the Door Sub Assembly DEM
\xe2\x96\xaaOverall support on maintenance activity and SI topic in plantPrinciple activities
\xe2\x96\xaaManaging the maintenance of the tools and mechanical equipment for Door and FEM Assembly
\xe2\x96\xaaPerform pre-defined regular service and preventive maintenance work on all screw drivers, door and FEM trolleys, special tools, jigs and fixtures.
\xe2\x96\xaaPrepare maintenance plan for the Production Maintenance also arrangement of subordinated job task
\xe2\x96\xaaPreparation and ordering for new tools for new model launch as required
\xe2\x96\xaaAdministration of document control for Production Maintenance ( Maintenance Plan and records )
\xe2\x96\xaaManaging the indirect Materials
\xe2\x96\xaaEnsure all document control in Production Maintenance is well kept and control.
\xe2\x96\xaaPerform regular Repairs and Maintenance on all workstation tables if required.
\xe2\x96\xaaRegular maintain the verification of designated screw drivers, fixture and jigs.
\xe2\x96\xaaProperly organize and maintain the overall maintenance room layout and proper arrangement
\xe2\x96\xaaDesign, order for fabrication all new tools, jigs and fixture for process improvement if required.
\xe2\x96\xaaPerform regular check and inspection in the production line on correct and proper used of the equipment and tools.
\xe2\x96\xaaCollect Screwing Data and submit to Quality Department
\xe2\x96\xaaEnsure all document and equipment well prepared for Internal and External Audit
\xe2\x96\xaaAble to adapted new program system related to Proof Tech on FEM assembly process
