Job Description

-Responsible on day to day operations of the entire store operation equipments, maintenance and contractor work administration / management. -Maintain and review all electrical equipment LV Board (415V) generator, cooling tower, chiller, air cond system,building maintenance, facilities equipment,fire protection system, lift, escalator, travellator, telecomunication. -Responsible for the maintenance and operation of M&E system of the building and perform frequent inspections to ensure that the system is in good working condition at all times. -Ensure that the operation equipment such as electrical equipment, generator, cooling tower, chiller, air-conditioning,fire protection system, lift, escalator, telecommunication, PA system and other engineering equipment are operating smoothly and efficiently. -To perform wiring and installation of electrical instrument. -To be responsible for the cleanliness of electrical room. -To ensure that all repair jobs are carried out efficiently. -Electrical wiring and preventive maintenance. -Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports and other related checklist to HQ.
