Job Responsibilities:

Install necessary appliances and equipment, as needed.
Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify the problems and fix them.
Complete regular maintenance tasks, amongst others, such as replacing light bulbs and air conditioning services.
Ability to read and understand test equipment, measuring devices, and safetymanuals.
Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment.
Service and maintains the company\xe2\x80\x99s facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
Ability to focus attention on details, speed and accuracy.
Understand and operate/fix advanced electrical or plumbing-related issues.

Job Requirements:

Applicant must possess at least a Secondary/SPM level of education or equivalent.
A professional certificate in electrical/plumbing, a Diploma or Bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 Degree in the related field is an added advantage.
Ability to multi-task and coordinate within different departments.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia and ability to work with all levels of staff.
At least 1 year of maintenance experience in a resort/hotel setting.
Ability to work shifts, weekends and on Public Holidays.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Benefits:
