Job description: To implement hardware solutions for Bonding/LLO FOL machines and Grinding/Dicing EOL machines while adhering to manufacturing capabilities. Maintains, enhances, troubleshooting and supports existing tools. To instill a culture of open minded teams working together with individual responsibility mindset and develop sub-ordinates into a high performance team to ensure sustainable machine up time, MTBF, MTBA Define equipment hook up requirement with facility; lead equipment move in and setup together with IE Interact with process engineers to understand the equipment influences and capability that required for the process. Derive and define LoD for process stability control. Makes budget for department spending, at controls capital/maintenance cost expenditures. Constantly align with RBG and FEK counterparts to ensure synchronization between sites Define critical spare part required and ensure sufficient stock in place. Owner to HIRADC and Safety to equipment and production environment. Manages the effective interaction between engineering, manufacturing, field operations and marketing to ensure all changes are documented for audit purpose. Profile description: Min. Diploma in EE / Mechatronic / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering. Min. 5 years experience in manufacturing environment and experience in FE FOL & EOL maintenance engineering. Ability to have good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
