Job Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, facilities) Maintain lighting, doors, locks, and safety equipment Respond efficiently to maintenance requests & emergencies Keep accurate repair and maintenance logs Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, controls, and lighting Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components Troubleshoot system issues and replace damaged units Conduct routine inspections to prevent breakdowns Ensure safe and functional electrical systems at all times

Requirements

SPM / O-Level / SKM Level 1-3 / Diploma in related field (Building Maintenance / HVAC / Electrical) Minimum

1 year experience

in maintenance or related role (advantage) Good communication and teamwork skills Strong knowledge of HVAC, building systems & power tools Good problem-solving and time management

B2 & D license

is an added advantage Able to start

immediately / short notice
