Provide front-line support for test station downtime to ensure a smooth manufacturing operation.
Assist in duplication, documentation, assembly and deployment of automated test solutions for the manufacture of computer-based instruments.
Act as calibration equipment coordinator to ensure the instrument are sent for calibration, received and installed after calibration.
Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance (PM) to the test stations. Manage manufacturing equipment\xe2\x80\x99s and spare parts.
Interface with the engineering team and production regarding test issues and system development.
Proven track record in troubleshooting a multitude of test systems and device under test issues.
Must have demonstrated a track record of assisting in the development and implementation of manufacturing test platforms/solutions for a high mix, low volume, high tech electronics environment.
Technical proficiency with analog and digital electronic/electrical principles.
Familiarity with calibration and measurement methodologies.
Must be able to function in a highly relationship-based global environment.
