Requirements

Have basic experience as Maintenance Technician
Basic understanding of Electrical, Air-Cond and Building
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
Good physical condition and strength
SPM or Sijil Kemahiran or equivalent

Responsibilities

Provide Maintenance Services at Building
Maintaining Electrical and Air-cond services
Perform manual repairs when necessary ( repair and fix etc.)
Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
