Job Responsibilities :
1. Attend to all service requests such as changing faulty lightings, ceiling boards, painting and other repair works in the premises
2. Install & repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
3. To ensure that all maintenance matters are immediately attended to when required.
4. To attend any breakdown on electrical, aircon, plumbing, BAS and any related to building services operations.
5. Must possess GDL Licensed.
Job Requirements:
1. Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is preferred.
2. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
3. Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Must possess GDL license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM100.00 per day

Skudai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)
Experience:
Technician: 1 year (Preferred)
