Maintenance Technician / Engineer
Job Description
To ensure that medical equipment and equipment runs smoothly and reliably. You may be called out to deal with a breakdown or inspect equipment as part of a maintenance schedule.
Responsibilities /duties include:
Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance & update PPM schedule
Responding to emergencies.
Diagnosing faults.
Repairing equipment and testing repairs.
Supervising contractors, and engineering and technical staff.
Ordering specialist components, fixtures or fittings.
Creating maintenance procedures.
Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
Keeping records of faults and repairs.
Key skills for maintenance engineers
An ability to work well under pressure. Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent technical skills and knowledge. Problem-solving skills. Teamworking skills.
You may need to be on call.
Requirements
Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience
Ability to multitask and explain problems simply and clearly
Perform maintenance and provide customer support
Diagnose problems and find solutions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
