Maintenance Technicians

to join us.

Job Responsibilities

Perform

maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work

for electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, carpentry, and other general building systems. Conduct

preventive maintenance

and ensure all work orders are completed according to company standards. Respond promptly to service requests and perform on-site inspections when required. Prepare

photo reports

and update job status via the Dr. Maintenance app or system. Ensure

tools, equipment, and materials

are used and maintained properly. Follow

safety, cleanliness, and quality standards

at all job sites. Support renovation or fit-out works when required. Communicate professionally with clients and the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in maintenance, facilities, or related technical work. Basic knowledge of

electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, or mechanical systems

. Possess relevant

technical certification

or vocational training (SKM, CIDB, etc.). Able to

work independently and handle multiple tasks

efficiently. Good attitude, responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented. Must have a

valid driving license

and be willing to travel between job sites. Team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
