Job Summary:
We are seeking for skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician (Handyman) to join
our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in a wide range of repair and
maintenance tasks and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in outlets and premises.
Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work.
Inspect properties to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
Assemble and repair appliances and furniture.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas.
Respond promptly to requests for maintenance and repairs.
Keep records of work completed and report any major issues to supervisors.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work.
Ability to handle tools and equipment effectively and safely.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when necessary.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate in basic English.
