We are currently looking to hire Maintenance Technician II to be based in our Manjung, Perak office. JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the preventive, corrective and opportunity scope\'s Maintenance of industrial equipment\'s, installations and assembly of these in order to guarantee that their availability and reliability is in line with the needs of the production. JOB RESPONSIBLITIES To be compliance to code on conduct, code of ethic and golden rules. Perform maintenance activities to ensure the availability of equipment\'s and be compliance to production requirements. Fulfil the process flow of breakdowns, shift handovers and reporting in the various media required To be compliance to opportunity scopes planned by maintenance and planning department. To participate in planning maintenance shutdowns upon required by supervisor. To be compliance to CSP review IDP plan according to its cycle. Ensure the fulfillment of the safety, health, quality and environmental standards and policy which not only compliance on requirement off (HSE) kaizen, Roni, safety inspection, behaviour dialog, one point lesson (OPL), guardian angel and quality control circle (QCC) participation. Assure the correct usage of the available resources in order to ensure that target for operation is maintained by up keeping the equipment\'s during the shifts. Should raise maintenance notification (MN) to related department as finding from maintenance activities findings. Assure the maintenance of the know how through coordination of the elaboration and update of the operational procedures, instruction and standards. Contribute in detection, report and elimination of abnormalities in the operational process through control of the process variables Assure the motivation of the team and its optimal performance through follow up of the development of the activities, through making possible adequate training and through incentives to fulfill the goals Guarantee the unity of the team through best teamwork practice on communication and tolerance To be compliance on tools management and reporting to immediate supervisor in the events of mishaps. To be compliance on daily toolbox meeting that been arranged by supervisor. To be compliance on internal movement that been arranged by Supervisor. Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions, additional and others related task when requested by Immediate Supervisor. Should be able to coach the fresh employees that have been from the apprentice batches or similar to its level. Handling mainly in Hydraulics and lubrication REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Diploma in mechanical engineering course; or SKM Certificate in Mechanical-related courses from recognized institution Minimum Five (5) years working experience as a mechanical technician in maintenance; or Eight (8) years working experience for SKM level certificate holder. Specific knowledge: Maintenance knowledge on bulk material handling equipment\'s like belt conveyors, stackers - reclaimers, ship unloaders/ship loaders; utility equipment\'s like piping, pumps & etc. MLA/MLT 1 certification is advantages as experiences in lubrication practitioner.
