The Technician is the owner of Technical availability of the equipment within area\\line and is the person accountable to safely maintain, clean, inspect and lubricate the line\\area according to standards. Actively eradicates losses and defects. You will need to work in shift patterns.

and orderly.

requirements and complies to legal and corporate standards & policies

Leadership:

\xc2\xb7 Contributes to team engagement plan implementation \xc2\xb7 Onboarding of new associates in the team.

Delivery & Cost:

\xc2\xb7 Autonomous maintenance

\xc2\xb7 Corrective maintenance

\xc2\xb7 Preventive maintenance

\xc2\xb7 Uses Manufacturing Operating System - MOS tools as a daily routine to ensure key KPIs delivery that contributing to Compelling Business Need \xe2\x80\x93 CBN and Champions 1 Manufacturing Operating System - MOS tool \xc2\xb7 Participates in Operations Performance meetings Structure - OPS Level 1 and responsible for information transfer between the shifts

\xc2\xb7 Eradicates losses, identifies and executes actions on deviation from basic conditions \xc2\xb7 Suggests and implements improvement ideas \xc2\xb7 Perform Preventive Maintenance on the equipment. \xc2\xb7 Perform other duties assigned from time to time.

\xc2\xb7 Work independently in running evaluation requested by maintenance supervisor.

\xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot minor and major machine down

Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Required

. 2 to 5 years in a processing industry

. Mechanical/ electrical/pneumatics/electronics experience (Diploma/SKM)

\xc2\xb7 Desired o Knowledge of automation

. Pack office/SAP/PRS/ Machine interface software .Technical English
