Responsibilities

Perform all assigned maintenance and repair tasks efficiently. Prepare vacant units for occupancy as directed by the Facility Officer. Manage maintenance expenses and inventory effectively. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and assist with special projects. Monitor work done by contractors and provide emergency maintenance when required. Inspect and maintain building systems; report any damages or irregularities. Maintain professionalism when dealing with vendors, contractors, and colleagues. Ensure all safety and company standards are followed. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification (GED) with at least one year of maintenance experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential job duties effectively.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
