Position: Maintenance

Salary Package: RM2,000 to RM3,000

Job description and Requirements shall be as below:

Responsibilities

• \xe2\x80\x93 Maintain and repair all electrical appliances.
• \xe2\x80\x93 Ensure all electrical light fixtures and fittings are checked and in working condition according to schedule or if so required.
• \xe2\x80\x93 Maintain emergency power supply and uninterruptible power supply systems.
• \xe2\x80\x93 Service electrical motors and controls.
• \xe2\x80\x93 Carry out preventative maintenance tasks on all electrical equipment. Testing and tagging as required.
• \xe2\x80\x93 Monitor daily work ensuring the work orders are completed and carried out in accordance to standards expected by the company.
• \xe2\x80\x93 Prepare and submit weekly and monthly maintenance and work order reports to the Management.
• \xe2\x80\x93 Be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observe these meticulously
• at all times.
• \xe2\x80\x93 Observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work.
• \xe2\x80\x93 To liaise with suppliers with regards to inspections of M&E equipment in the properties.

Requirements

• \xe2\x80\x93 Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• \xe2\x80\x93 Required language(s): English, Mandarin
• \xe2\x80\x93 At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• \xe2\x80\x93 Preferably Junior Executive specialized in preventive maintenance.
• \xe2\x80\x93 Possess own transport as required to travel between all outlets.
• \xe2\x80\x93 Self-disciplined and able to meet deadlines.
