Objective of job
\xe2\x96\xaaTo support and assist the Maintenance Supervisor in performing duties and execute the production maintenance related activities in the area of production maintenance, preventive maintenance, verification, servicing and perform mechanical and repairs works on all the equipment\'s, tools, jigs, special tools and fixtures for Door Assembly and Frontend Assembly operationsPrinciple activities
\xe2\x96\xaaTo support and assist the Maintenance Supervisor in managing the Production Maintenance operation.
\xe2\x96\xaaprepare and provide good sufficient tools,jigs and fixtures for production run.
\xe2\x96\xaaPlan, perform and arrange required equipment for verification or calibration
\xe2\x96\xaaPerform Preventive Maintenance as per schedule on all required equipment\'s.
\xe2\x96\xaaPrepare and handle Line/Model conversion with update Standard Tooling.
\xe2\x96\xaaTo perform rework and repairs on all tools, jigs, fixtures and equipment when required
\xe2\x96\xaaProper identification, labelling and cleanliness of all equipment\'s, tools, jigs and fixures.
\xe2\x96\xaaGood housekeeping at all maintenance workstations, store and room.
\xe2\x96\xaaManage proper storage and correct inventory pf all tools, jigs and fixures.
\xe2\x96\xaaKeeping up to date of all records and data storage of the Maintenance activities.
\xe2\x96\xaaSupport other activities as and when required by Management.
\xe2\x96\xaaRegular checks to ensure tools, jigs and fixtures used in production lines are in good working condition.
\xe2\x96\xaaAble to use ST Analyzer and perform verification on all requires screwdrivers.
\xe2\x96\xaaSupport to collect FEM Sarissa Screwing Data and submit to Quality team.
\xe2\x96\xaaAble to perform simple troubleshooting to rectify issues and problems cause by equipment\'s and tools.
