Hiring experienced Maintenance Technician with Chargeman A4 certification.Industry: MNC, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Location: SiLC Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Role Overview:

• Execute maintenance of equipment and facilities within the plant, including troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements. Plan preventive maintenance (PM) and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and replace machine equipment or facility parts, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, calibration, and cleaning to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Provide guidance and support to the Production team in dismantling machinery and equipment parts for cleaning.
• Oversee the safety and compliance of special equipment used in blending processes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance schedules and repair logs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and ISO standards.
• Support EHS initiatives, including first aid assistance, documentation, safety access control, and other EHS-related tasks.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance and repair work, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support other engineering-related tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics) or a relevant field, preferably with a manufacturing background.
• Hands-on experience in both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Minimum of three years of working experience in a related function.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Physically fit for work.
• Must possess a valid Chargeman A4 certification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
