Maintenance Technician
Job Description
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for day to day maintenance works, hands on installation service and general repair works. \xc2\xb7 Carry out scheduled maintenance works \xc2\xb7 Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, operation, repairs & maintenance task \xc2\xb7 Inspect buildings, equipment and systems to identify any issues. \xc2\xb7 Resolve breakdown & emergency maintenance task, some of which may require action outside normal working hours \xc2\xb7 Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.) \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. \xc2\xb7 Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard \xc2\xb7 Perform any other duties & ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Overtime pay
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
- Technician: 1 year (Preferred)
- Miri (Required)
- Miri: Relocate before starting work (Required)
