Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on stamping machines, dies, and production equipment to ensure smooth operation. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues during night shift operations. Conduct stamping die maintenance, fitting, and adjustments to achieve quality product output. Use

AutoCAD

to update or modify mechanical drawings related to jigs, dies, and fixtures. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve machine performance. Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and spare parts inventory. Ensure safety compliance and cleanliness in the maintenance area. Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives related to machine and tooling performance.

Requirements:

Qualification:

Diploma / SKM Level 3 in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or equivalent field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in machine maintenance or stamping die repair.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of

stamping machines

,

die fitting/repair

, and

mechanical troubleshooting

. Able to read and use

AutoCAD drawings

. Basic knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Other Skills:

Able to work independently during night shift. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good teamwork and communication abilities.
