Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on stamping machines, dies, and production equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues during night shift operations. Carry out stamping die maintenance, fitting, sharpening, and adjustments to ensure consistent product quality. Update or modify mechanical drawings for jigs, dies, and fixtures using AutoCAD. Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to reduce machine downtime and enhance overall equipment efficiency (OEE). Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history logs, and spare parts inventory. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the maintenance area. Contribute to continuous improvement, cost-saving projects, and machine/tooling performance enhancement activities.

Requirements

Qualification:

Diploma / SKM Level 3 in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in machine maintenance, stamping machine servicing, or die repair.

Technical Skills

Proficient in stamping machine operations, die fitting, die repair, and mechanical troubleshooting. Ability to interpret technical drawings and use AutoCAD for design updates. Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Other Skills

Able to work independently and responsibly during night shift operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail. Good teamwork, communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
