Job Description

Candidate MUST willing to work at ISKANDAR PUTERI, JOHOR BAHRU Responsible in the maintenance, repair, and improvement of facility infrastructure and production equipment for smooth production to reduce downtime of machine. Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve with minimal down time to production and proposed with solutions. Support production team to ensure equipment & machines in factory are in good working condition. Conduct routine facility inspections and assessment to identify the maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement. Collaborating with experienced engineers to manage contractors and vendors for facility-related projects and services. Responsible for planning and executing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability. Providing support in developing maintenance procedures, work instructions, and training materials. Coordinating with production, engineering, and other departments to schedule maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities, e.g. spare part inventory record, machine breakdown reports and work instructions etc. Plan and manage ad hoc repair and installation activities. Any relevant tasks assigned from time to time by the Management. Ensure compliance with Safety and Quality standards.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
