Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing, Petaling Jaya.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all machinery and utilities in the factory operate smoothly and efficiently at all times. Plan, organize, and oversee daily maintenance operations to support production needs. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan. Develop and maintain a maintenance skill matrix to support team capability building. Manage spare parts and tool inventories to avoid downtime. Meet operational KPIs and work within the approved maintenance budget. Supervise and guide external contractors, ensuring all work meets company standards, technical requirements, and safety regulations. Provide round-the-clock support for emergency maintenance when required. Complete maintenance work orders promptly and accurately. Comply with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and company safety policies.Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia or English. At least 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Able to work independently with strong initiative and a willingness to learn. Willing to work on shift
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
