Maintenance Technician (Plasma)


Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia - OSRAM OS Penang


What we expect

Perform scheduled/unscheduled preventive maintenance on plasma/thermal tools. Perform wafer recovery procedure when tools having alarm. Perform routine 5S task in plasma/thermal working areas. Withdraw and collect parts from store for schedule on preventive maintenance/non-schedule preventive maintenance. Support sub-FAB activities related to plasma tools (such as pump status checking, pump replacement, scrubber status check). Perform e-shipping request to ship out clean parts to cleaning facilities.
Who we are looking for

At least Diploma degree in engineering fields (Preferably in EE, Mechatronic, Mechanical) Min 1 year of front-end semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment working experience(plasma) is preferable. Basic vacuum system and RF system knowledge. Basic skills in SPC, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Words Fluecy in English and Bahasa Malaysia. ams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
