Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of dies. Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure die precision and lifespan. Quickly diagnose and repair die malfunctions occurring during production to ensure the smooth operation of the production line. Repair damaged die components using tools such as drill presses, welding machines, etc., and carry out welding, grinding, and other maintenance tasks. Assist the production department in debugging new dies and resolving trial issues (e.g., dimensional deviations, material compatibility) to ensure the first piece meets quality standards. Document maintenance processes, spare part consumption, and fault analyses to establish records for future reference. Provide guidance to operators on the proper use of dies to reduce the risk of human-caused damage.

Job Requirements:

Solid understanding of sheet metal stamping die structures, material properties, and maintenance techniques. Proficient in using maintenance tools (e.g., milling machines, grinding machines, TIG welders) and capable of reading 3D drawings and assembling/disassembling complex dies. Over 2 years of experience in sheet metal die maintenance, familiar with common stamping issues (e.g., cracking, wrinkling) and their solutions. Possession of welding certificates, benchwork certificates, and other basic qualifications. Familiar with maintenance of die processing equipment. Strong sense of responsibility, able to work overtime, shifts, and handle urgent repairs. Attention to detail and maintenance quality. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
