Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance tasks on a variety of equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of maintenance projects.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory.

Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance management software.
