Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining all facilities and coordinating refurbishment of assigned properties to ensure smooth operations, efficient, safe and conducive working environment. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities that involve facilities maintenance and repairing, workplace safety, vendor and contractor liaison, ensuring a well-functioning and cost efficient work environment.
The responsibilities include:
Electrical installations and power consumption
Air conditioning systems
Plumbing and sanitary systems
Fire protection systems
Security and safety systems
Air compressor systems
Office furniture and carpentry
Generator sets Structural and civil works
Environmental health and safety
Renovation projects
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of related working experiences in property facilities maintenance such as M&E equipment, air-conditioning, genset, plumbing and sanitary, air compressor, fire protection, building automation, green building, electronics.
Candidate is able to travel to various property sites and available to respond to emergency situations or critical activities out of office hours.
Have good communication, project management, analytical troubleshooting, customer service, negotiation and inter-personal skills, with strong ability to work with all levels of staff and various stakeholders.
Competency in MS Office, relevant software applications, and customer feedback ticketing system.
Candidate must be result oriented, customer focus, have strong initiative, tenacity, commitment to ethical practices with good time management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
