Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain proper documentation including maintenance logs, checklists, and work orders.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with GMP, HACCP, BRC, HALAL and food safety standards.
Support audits through accurate and complete maintenance documentation.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment safety, cleanliness, and reliability.
Follow safety procedures (including LOTO) and report any unsafe conditions.
Assist in equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
Participate in continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
