Job Overview
:The goal of this position is to perform preventive maintenance in the Saw Singulation area to achieve the company's objectives, particularly regarding machine performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the entire designated area on EOL Package Saw
2. Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of Saw singulation equipment.
3. Carry out Preventive Maintenance planning and development programs.
4. Equipment down time monitoring and improvement plan.
5. Responsible for the equipment hard down and perform line machine trouble-shooting.
6. Investigates causes of machine breakdowns and implement improvements to prevent recurrences.
7. To establish healthy and safe working area.
8. To develop and train the technicians on equipment operation & troubleshooting skill.
9. Any other duties assigned from time to time.
10. Sustain line and repair for respective shift.
Qualification & Experience:
3 to 5 years working experience in MNC especially in End of line assembly operation and familiar in Package Saw. Detailed knowledge on machine sequence and major troubleshooting.
Education
Diploma/Certificate in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical or Minimum of 3 years experience in the related filed or equivalent.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
