- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance job.
- Carry out daily, weekly and monthly maintenance inspection.
- Attend breakdown, identify fault and problem solve with minimal downtime to production.
- Troubleshoot common issue with equipment and assist operators with getting back to production mode.
- Inspection of fire alarm systems.
- Assist in monitoring works being perform by outside contractor.
- Assist competent person in scheduled waste and bag filter monitoring job.
- Assist on checking spare parts and consumable in maintenance stock.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while completing tasks related to maintenance repairing or installation.
- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good communication skills.
- Good in Machinery troubleshooting.
- Capable to read the electrical schematic drawing and mechanical drawing.
- Experience in heavy industry background.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and facilities repairing.
- Familiar with the mechanical and electrical parts.
- Basic welding skill is a MUST.
- Experience in repairing overhead crane, CNC plasma machine, drilling machine, lathe machine, forklift, compressor and bandsaw machine is advantage.
- Experience in electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
