Job Scope and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Overlook the operation of the Maintenance Department \xe2\x80\x93 including Mechanical, Electrical and Utilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize, plan and implement Preventive and Corrective Maintenance program, familiar with TPM \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring optimum spare parts availability to prevent unnecessary downtime \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate and resolve equipment related downtime \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead, train, supervise and develop team members to handle issues effectively in the area of troubleshooting and setup. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and ensure all manufacturing documents related to maintenance are being prepared and uploaded accordingly and promptly \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support to Production to eliminate quality defects from machines and technical issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist management in ensuring maximum safety, health & environmental compliance and adherence \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure effective operation of Maintenance Department \xe2\x80\x93 manpower arrangements, approval of leave, shifts and overtime, perform appraisal of subordinates \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in any assigned ad-hoc assignments / projects Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 10 years hands-on working experience in related field is required for this position \xe2\x80\xa2 Equipment electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skill \xe2\x80\xa2 Good team player, cooperative, communicative, result and quality oriented \xe2\x80\xa2 Critical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Leadership, teambuilding and mentoring skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Personnel and project management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate mainly in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Power Point). \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
